Mountain peaks are generally fingertip-shaped peaks and have a certain height, mostly composed of rocks.

Mountain peaks also have faults, folds or shovels, the result of vertical joint control, and some are volcanic cones. When two plates squeeze each other, the convex one is called an anticline, and the concave one is called a syncline. The general anticline forms a mountain, and the syncline forms a valley. Sometimes the soil of the anticlines is crisp and loose, easily eroded into valleys or basins, while the synclines become mountain peaks.

Mountains generally refer to mountains, which are generally formed by the collision of two plates during the movement of the earth's crust. A mountain peak refers to a single high mountain dust, which is a prominent part of a mountain range. If the Himalayas are mountains, its highest peak is Mount Everest.

Asia's highest peak Mount Everest is also the world's highest peak, 8848. 13 meters above sea level. The second highest is Mount Aconcagua, at 6964 meters above sea level, it is also the highest peak in the Andes. There are many active and extinct volcanoes in the Andes, and Aconcagua is an extinct volcano, and it is the highest extinct volcano in the world. The third highest is Mount McKinley, 6194 meters above sea level. Because it is close to the Arctic Circle, the climate on the top of the mountain is very harsh, the snowstorm is violent, the glaciers are crisscrossed, and it is very difficult to climb.

The highest peak in Africa is Mount Kilimanjaro, at 5,895 meters above sea level, ranking fourth among the highest peaks on the seven continents. About 3° south latitude, not far from the equator. Because of its high altitude, the top of the mountain is covered with snow all year round, which is very spectacular, and the local people admire it very much. It is also an extinct volcano.

In fifth place is Mount Elbrus, 5633 meters above sea level. The sixth highest is Mount Vinson in Antarctica at 5,140 meters above sea level. Since it was only about 180 years after humans discovered Antarctica and less than 100 years after reaching the South Pole, humans do not know much about Vincent Peak. The shortest mountain in the Seven Giants is Jaya Peak in Oceania, 5030 meters above sea level. This is a tropical jungle area, with a lot of rain, lush vegetation and mudslides, so although this mountain is not very high, it is very difficult to climb.
