1 cup of whole milk


2 tsp of corn flour


20g cream cheese

Steps:


1. Mix corn flour and 1 tablespoon of milk in a small bowl evenly and set aside.


2. Combine the cream cheese, pistachio butter, and salt in another bowl.


3. Pour whipped cream, granulated sugar, corn syrup, and the remaining milk into the pot. Heat until it boils, and then continue to boil for about 4 minutes.

7. After freezing for 45 minutes, stir the ice cream liquid with an electric mixer for 10 minutes through the ice cubes.


8. Mix the crushed pistachios, and pour the ice cream into a freezer-friendly container. Cover the ice cream tightly with an appropriate size of baking paper, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
